You get it. I stay out of the sun and in the a/c when it is hot. One taste of heat stroke was once to much.
To Chase Away The Winter Blues...2
We shrimped. DD knitted his own cast nets. But the shrimping is not as good as it was. They now allow small shrimp boats to drag in the river. Which not only catches the breeding shrimp but tares up the bedding plants.
Oh lord!!!!! They can be scary if you did not use to them.
maybe one of your guys could help me I am looking for a delphinum seed called miss caroline it is deep red large flowers and tall if anyone has seeds I would be willing to pay for them or trade something
mona
I have seen the plants for sale but not any seeds. It may be only propagated by cuttings or tissue culture. It is probably also no doubt a patented plant. Is this the plant you are looking for? http://www.whiteflowerfarm.com/27565-product.html
Darn another plant I can not grow down here.
In the description of that delph it says PPAF. Doesn't that mean it's patented? Probably propagated by cuttings, as Pat said.
Great photos, everyone! Mona, you've done a lot of work at your place. Great job! I wouldn't want to have to dig a pool. Wow! And the upkeep alone just turns me off. My sister had a small pool, and she was always spending lots of time keeping it clean. I would only have a pool if I could afford to hire someone to keep it up for me. I barely have enough time for my gardens, let alone a pool. No, scratch that, I don't have time to keep up with all the work that needs to be done on my gardens. I have more than I can handle, and always adding more. Oh, well, I love it.
Karen
yes but the one I saw was much three to four feet

Wow, a salt water pool. Nice! I didn't know you could do that. So no chlorine or other chemicals?
