Link BirdFiles to Custom Menu

Hi,

I thought I would remind some, and inform others who may not already know, that you can add a link to BirdFiles in your Homepage Custom Box which is on the right hand side, or left if chosen. I already had PlantFiles and BugFiles there and just added BirdFiles, saving a step, taking you directly to it. To make more space, I disabled my dmail link in the Custom Box as I never use it, I always use the link on the top Tool Bar.

To do this,

1) go to your 'My Info' page, if you don't know where to find it there is a link on the blue tool bar at the top.

2) go to 'Manage your preferences' found at the bottom of the first box titled 'Your Actions'

3) on the right side under 'My Tools -Preferences' go to Custom Menu, there you can enable or disable any links in that box by clicking on either the blue 'enable' or 'disable' links. Those which are enabled will then have a green star next to it.
