Took Wall-e to doggy school for an eval and demo... I did enroll him...very awesome training facility....

They have 4 levels of training and you don't have to pay extra.
I don't like electric things... I think it's kind of mean... my dogs are only 6 pounds though
Took my cocker spaniel to obedience class when I was 11 years old. We used a collar which would pinch a bit, but then could turn it inside out for milder correction. As an adult used a regular chain collar which is even milder. Certainly no need for electronic sensations.
Kids' version?
All the dogs used the same collar. basic training allowed my father to train her to go up & fetch his slippers on command. She always brought them directly to him, except when we had company--then she would walk around the room with them, showing off.
It's not a real zapping type collar like they use with the fences or no bark there's no shocking involved. It's a stens device like they use at physical therapy..they had me hold it while they turned it to 22 what they demo'd Wall-e at and I could barely feel it but sure got him to respond. They said the only dog he trained they had to go up to 95 was a chihuahua the device only goes to 100.
They're training methods are so that you will be able to have them off the leash and only use 8 command words eventually without even the collar.
He said he gets more requests for collars for the husbands.
