MAAVS 2008 Show Plants

First let me say the show and sale was phenomenal. I had a fabulous time admiring the gorgeous show plants of which there were many. Of course the sales room was wonderful to browse and to purchase as well as see old friends and catch up with them. Lots of vendors were on hand including, Lyons, Rob's, Violet Gallery, Cedar Creek, Fay Wagman, Cape Cod Violetry (supplies), and several others.

It is hard to tell in the photos how enormous some of the standard violets were. Go to the MAAVS website for more info.

Ooooooooh....Thanks for all these great pics Trish! Isn't it great meeting people you know from online contact! My fave here is Lucky Penny..I've been coveting it for 3 years--I think I'd sell myself for it! :-O! LOL. Guess I should break down and pay the price. I'm thinking I'm worth it.^_^ Again...Thanks!

We only go around once so my goodness, if you want Lucky Penny, you not only deserve it, you should get it!

Lyon's had their chimeras on sale as they didn't want to carry too many over the winter, so what's a girl to do?
