That reminds me. My dad once tried to trace our family tree. He found a few to many skeletons
in the closets and quit looking!!!!!LOL

Well I'm irish and my people came here in the 1700s from Ireland and thats on both sides.
Darn. I am 1/4 Danish, 1/4 +1/8 Native American and the rest is part Belgian and English and who knows.

Well if we're fessin' up -I'm English, English, English, English, Scots, Scots, German and 1 Indian.
Well you are almost as mixed up as I am.
Now i do have a wee bit of scott in me.
Truly, I was raised 'Virginian' -that last list was more by way of explanation.
The skeletons in a family tree are the interesting parts, lol.
I'm mostly German, but Scottish and English with a bit of Scotts-Irish. Haven't found any direct ancestors that weren't pre-Revolutionary War. There are a few Aunt- or Uncle-inlaws that emmigrated in the mid 1800s. Both sides of my father's family moved to north Texas post-Civil War--from Tennessee and South Carolina. My mother's family were from Indiana & south Texas. The s Texas side lived there from w-a-y back.
And I moved to Arizona in 1982. My husband's a native, which is rare.
