NO, Gail ... No gift needed! The job of cardholder is very easy! I just print out everybody's cards and play along by marking them off as the game progresses! I find it a lot of fun! You don't have to send me anything. And, what a generous offer you have donated for a prize!

Syrumani: The AV bingo game goes like this:
The hostess will start a new thread on the AV Forum and post a list of named AV's/Gessie's for players to choose from. Players each pick 15 from that list. D-mail your list to the cardholder (me).
When the game starts, the hostess will call a name each day, sometimes two a day and if it's on your list, you mark it off. As soon as someone has all fifteen marked off their list, they must post the word "BINGO" to the thread. There are usually three or four prizes that have been donated so we could have 3 or 4 winners, in past games folks have been so generous we've ended up with five and six prizes! The first to post "Bingo" wins first prize, second to post wins the next prize and so on.
I'm not good at explaining so I hope that all makes sense. Jannich has offered a $15 cash prize donation. Gail has generously donated a wonderful prize of $25 gift certificate to the DG Marketplace! Nan has offered $5 towards a prize. I will add $10 to Nan's prize to make that one a total of $15. See ... now we have three prizes up for grabs already! In the past folks have donated AV's, leaves and once I won a box of AV supplies (little pots, fertilizer, self watering pot, wicking material).
C'mon everone ... join the fun! It's really a blast to play the game of AV Bingo!

Glad to see some interest in a game.Thanks Miss Lin for holding the cards and explaining the game and all the great prizes donated.I think the first week in November say Monday the 3rd.would be a good time to start the game,we should be finished the game by Turkey day.
I'll get a list of gessies together and post them on a new thread in a couple days.You will need to get your cards to Lin by Sunday the 2nd Go easy on me guys this is my first time doing this.LOL.
You all will have to pick mornings or evening time for the calls.I'm not on the computer too much during the day but might pop in for a surpise bonus call once in awhile during the day.
We need more players too.

This is going to be fun! I think if we have a start date of Monday the 3rd that will be perfect ... plenty of time to get the game going and finished by Thanksgiving! I think since a lot of folks work, evening would be the best time for posting ... with maybe a "sneaky" one thrown in as a surprise bonus whenever you got a chance during the day! That always keeps folks on their toes! LOL. Everyone will have to remember to check their cards against the Bingo thread every evening to see if one of their picks has been called!
Well, I'll be gone some of the time, but if I snooze, I guess I'll lose, but I'll give it a try. Count me in too.
