error message Dave..

After I reply to any post I usually get this error message: Database Error: Invalid SQL: Update forums set replies=
(replies+1),threaddate=now()where pid=90899

MySQL Error-1064 (you have a error in your SQL Syntax near"line 1)
Session Haulted

What does this mean?? I get this same message at least 7 out of 10 times while tryint to reply to a post. Usually I click on my back arrow and then I click on send again and it will go on thru.

I am now getting the problem on several forums, Mail Call, Photos, Ident, even this one when I tried to create yet another update to the two already posted. Tried your "back out and in" again. It worked once but not anymore. FRUSTRATING or what ??? Stay calm Tel and keep taking the tablets !!

Just keep refreshing your page and you'll get it the next time (usually). Looks like a sequel server error???

I just got into the office, and I'm looking into this now.

This is frustrating, because I cannot duplicate the error. I am seeing everybody post about it, but I cannot see it myself. I'm going to forums and loading up all kinds of threads, and still the error is not appearing for me.

Is anyone else still experiencing it? If yes, PLEASE post instructions for me on how you got to the error. Tell me specifically where you are clicking (which forum, and which thread) that gave you the error, as well as the time that the error occured.

I'll still be looking here, but if anyone can help me in the meantime, it'd be appreciated.

Add me to the complainers. LOL I am getting errors out the whazoo this morning. I have to keep leaving and coming back and sometimes that doesn't fix it either. Now my menu on the right was missing, but it showed up at the very bottom of the home page and HUGE? I just added a plant to the database with 'add a section' and 'add a photo' and it took about 20 minutes. Every time I submit, I get a different error message. Help, please? ;) I was going to send you and E, but 'you' are gone too.

Just hold off on doing anything important on DG right now. We are having some kind of significant problems with my database here, and I'm working furiously to fix this.

You will continue to experience problems on DG until I fix this. I don't know how long that'll take me, but "I'm on it". Everybody is seeing the same thing, so it's not just you.

3 hours of work this morning, and I think I have solved the problem. Please do let me know IMMEDIATELY if you see ANY problems at all, no matter how minor.

I had to do some serious serious work this morning, and I hope I did fix this problem, without introducing any other problems.

Geez glad I missed all this .. but Dave your are the man and right on top of things as usual.(now where was the superman pic again?) I did want to say I love how you added links to the journals from the data base pages thats great.
