ET Fall RU 10-11-08 Trade List Pt. 3
Here it is 10pm and I'm just getting to the forum. I had to water my plants that didn't get watered yesterday this a.m. Then had to take meds to my sick mom. She apparently has an URI. Then to church and lunch afterward. I got to start on my swaps this afternoon. I re-potted and planted some things. Got cuttings in the rooting hormone and in their little cups and zip locks.
I had a great time yesterday. It was good to finally put faces to the user names. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Mega thanks to Maggie and Ken. They were so gracious to share their home and time with us all. They didn't hesitate to cut and dig anything us plant hungry folks wanted. I came away relieved knowing that I could grow my brugs under my oaks after seeing where Maggie and Ken had theirs. I'm also not afraid to cut them after watching them cut theirs right off to share with others.
All in all it was a great experience. I look forward to the next one. Thanks for making a newbie feel welcome.

Jeanne you are a LOVELY lady and I am so glad that you joined with us and brought your daughter and baby Madeleine to share with us! It was so very nice visiting with you, and I hope that we can meet up sometime in Palestine to lunch. It was a great day and I'm glad you enjoyed it
