Problem Uploading Photos

Been trying several times in the last 1/2 hour to post a photo and the upload takes forever and then when it appears it is finished it just sits there and the photos don't post to the forum?
Anyone having a problem, is the DG site particularly slow today?

I'm not having a problem with slowness but not all my pics will load. Yes they are a small size. :-)
