Sure was sally and so wanted to do a pear pie, but the criters got to them first.
Too bad. I just ordered a gorgeous pie bird and pie plate for my MIL for Christmas. I won a precious one on EBay just now. I am going to order a pie bird and plate for my Sis in law too. They are cardinals. The one for me from Ebay is blue and green. Need to make a pie soon!

YEP! I love shopping online! I went to a large clothing store this evening. I had to wait a lot for help, so stupid. I did get some great jeans but no luck on some shoes I want. Easier to shop online.

Looking forward to it sally. I have been making my homemade pies for many years and I have never heard of a pie bird until this thread, so I looked it up, they are adorable!
I love shopping online as well, I hate to shop for starters and abhor going out to an actual store, drives me nuts! I just got some new sweats, badly needed as my one measly pair that were at least 10 years old had so many holes in the legs that Abygail had fun counting them and sticking her fingers in them the week she came to visit LOL!
