What's going on with the Bloom of the Day Photo's?

Must be hiccups in the system? Or maybe a test for us? http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/f/bloomcom/all/

Same here - I loved them all but wondered why so many. (adding and why the names did not match the images!)

I'm so forgetful lately I hope you don't mind me jumping in here before I forget that I want to ask the following!!!

I keep forgetting to look at the BOTD and I was hoping we could add a thumbnail to our homepage like Fun Random Image and Fun Random Bug. I wouldn't want it to be random of course but even if it was it would remind me to look.
The photos are so beautiful and I really would like to congratulate the photographers Everyday. I know there is a link at the bottom of our homepage but I rarely scroll down that far. Is there already a way we can add the photo to our homepage?

I know this isn't quite what you were asking, but.. You can set up your browser so it opens Bloom of the Day as one of your tabs... I've got FireFox set up so that when I click on it, I get a browser window with a tab for my DG homepage, a tab for weather.com, etc.

I've got Bloom.Com photo's saved to "Threads I am watching" so it's right on my home page.

Angele: Go here to the Communities list: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/ In the far right column go down to the section of Daves Garden Communities. The second one is "Bloom.ComPhoto's". Click on it and at the top of that thread you will see an icon with little eyes that says "Add this forum to your favorites". If you click on that area it will save it to your home page so every day you can just click to see the bloom for the day!

Ohhh, good suggestions! I'm already using tabs so I'll add BOTD & I'll 'watch' it too for good measure! Thanks!!! I didn't realize it was a forum we could watch!! Doh! :-)

Even though the photo's don't match what it says for each day, I'm still enjoying each and every one of them ... even those viewed in the past. Lovely pictures!
