The latest threads: has pop up on my homepage. I tried to eliminate this by going to my tools and checking preferences but I did not find anything there. How do I eliminate this?

Go to My Tools, Preferences, then Customize Homepage. Find "Latest Threads" and disable it there.

I've been seeing the same thing too. I blamed it on my 9 yr old aggravating me while I was trying to read ;)

I think it's now something that you have to deliberately "enable" in your preferences.
