I got my swap package yesterday when I got home it was sitting on one of the chairs ^_^ Amy sent me a ton of things I did not have ... I got kohleria's , Sinns. and two things I never heard of..LOL Petrocosmer??? Now I need help in how to plant these please.. The kohlerias are cuttings what do I do with them? Just put them in a pot ?? Do I dome these? Aslo the petrocosmer are leaves do I dome them??? HELPPPPPPPP Please...

I'm glad your box arrived safely, Susan! Those are Petrocosmea leaves. They are great little fuzzy plants that grow in a perfect rosette!

I just sent you a dmail answering your questions about potting everything up. I read your dmail and answered it before I came here to the thread. Hope they all grow like weeds for you!

I went by the post office on my way out of town last Friday and I had to take her with me to San Antonio, Boerne, New Braunfels and Seguin before returning home. I opened her at my daughter's house and found all these girly things in addition to a hoya I have been dying for Lacunosa (sp) the one which smells so good and 4 kinds of epis with names at that! And two stolons of episicas!

I had a blast openeing my box today and am so Thrilled by what you sent..The packets of fertilizer with instructions are very appreciated..I always love trying new fertilizers!...So sweet of you to think I deserved another chance at getting Episcias to like me..lol..The stolons of Silver Skies,Suomi,Metallica,and Cotton candy are awesome..I am bound and determined to get it right this time..they will like me becuase I sure love the ones you sent me and refuse to let them die!! Also thank you for the great Strep leaf of Iced Pink Flamingo Hybrid and the Chrita Leaves of Silver Skies and Nakako..I love starting leaves now..its like an addiction!and my pride and Joy is the adorable Mini African Violet of Rob's Pink Buttercups..I love the pink foliage and it really does remind me of a buttercup..lol..I cherish everything you sent Nicole..thanks so much!!

I want to know what african violet you sent Nancy with all the pink foliage, Nichole..........you are good at this growing from leaf...............she is truly breathtaking........

The plant I sent Nancy was Rob's Pink Buttercups. But, to be fair, I have GOT to say I didn't actually start the leaf . . . it was actually one of the rooted leaf cuttings I received from Kim earlier this year.

I do have a sucker from that plant that I've rooted . . . it's still in a 1oz cup . . . but if you want it, I'll save it for our next visit.

You are so sweet.............but I can't grow minis..............they sucker too badly on me and I get upset........I can grow semiminiatures......but not minis. She is really a nice one.

Gail, don't worry about a thing, whenever you have time is perfect for me! I'm cleaning out some plant shelves and painting plant stands, getting ready to bring in my plants. And I have a soap show tomorrow, so I'll be earning extra money for Christmas (well, or marketplace!)

OMG Gail, I'm sorry I'm late in reporting this--we had "a week" at work and I thought I'd posted! You should see the enormous hoya she sent me!! I'll do pictures when it's settled in the pot a little better. It was so big she had to combine two boxes (which my cat appreciated, thank you very much!).

I'm doing the "we're not worthy" wave!!

I thought you would like that better as busy as you are rather than a box full of cuttings right now!!!!!!!!

It's perfect!!! I have wanted one of the variegated hoyas for the longest time, so it's perfect. Thank you!!

And my cat is still playing in the box. He loves it. He took his favorite mouse in there and slept.
