Please tell me it's not my computer....

Deep East Texas, TX(Zone 8a)

I've been out of pocket for a few weeks and remedied the computer problem with a new one.

This morning, I can't go anywhere on DG. It is soooo slooooooowwww.

Is this a system slowdown or my computer...

please, please tell me it isn't the new computer??!?

We had a small issue with one of our servers this morning that has been corrected. All should be well now. :)

It's DG... I've been trying to get here all morning to no avail, had to drink my morning coffee browsing e-bay...ugh

Mondays they run a lot of stuff and it slows to a stop at times. I'm hoping eventually they may run all the reports maybe at 3 am or spread them out over the week...relax it's not you.

Thank you Dave. Good to know it's not me! As I am computer illiterate!

South Coast, RI(Zone 6b)

Thought is was my connection, kept getting told “site not found”. Seem much better now, thanks.

Little issue???
Little my foot, I was having regular DG Dts- was shaking and sweating and my computer screen is now spritzed with spittle. :O
Hehehe, glad were finally back up.

I know!! I was having panic attacks, started calling and e-mailing people and asking if they could get into DG, it was awful!!

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Hehehe, it is amazing how one thing on the internet means so much to people!

(Zone 1)

^_^ I'm sure Dave & Co. know how panicked thousands of folks are when a little "glitch" happens! Dave, be glad no one has your phone number! LOL.

I just figured it was something to do with the system being slow. I kept getting a message about some problem with the server ... so I knew it wouldn't be long before I would be connected to My Favorite Garden again!

Now ... if Tropical Storm (hopefully not Hurricane) "Fay" heads our way, I may not have time to visit my favorite on-line garden, until clean up is finished! Speaking of which ... I better go out and secure/move plants and lawn furniture so they don't end up going for a swim in the pool!

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Ahhhhh swimming... hubby won't take us swimming, I'd die to have a pool!

Ves522 ~ when you say computer illiterate I know the feeling! Thinking I've managed to redefine the term too....

Thanks on the " small issue " heads up! pod

Highland Heights, KY(Zone 6a)

Bumping this to see if DG was down today around 4pm EST. Couldn't get anything loaded besides the row of tabs at the top--rest of the page was blank!

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

I think the intermittent problems have been fixed...Melody had mentioned them to Dave because of helpdesk notes regarding them, and he indicated they were now fixed ;o)

Crossville, TN(Zone 7a)

Have we been getting more traffic lately?

Highland Heights, KY(Zone 6a)

Thanks, Terry! Must be growing pains, and that's a good thing!
