I think it's supposed to be open from 7-10 PM eastern time on Tuesdays and 7-10 AM eastern time on Thursdays. Could be it just got started a little late tonight, I know occasionally there are problems but since nobody else was over here saying it wasn't there, maybe you needed to do a shift-refresh on your home page to make sure the latest version of the page was loaded?
