It is 83 & sticky----spent an hour and a half weeding this morning--slowly making a dent--garden is still muddy, but I've got to do something. Laurel--your recipes for cabbage sound great----we do a lot of slaw, but I do make stuffed cabbage, using chili sauce & grape jelly to bake them in. Not today, however, unless I turn the A/C on, but that's a last resort--would rather use the fans!

Well it hit 89 in my little town today which is sitting by a Lake. It was 92-94 in the City and I don't do the 90's very well unless I am submerged up to my chin in water. I did my what I had to do in town... then booggied back to the Country coolness.
Tomorrow is more of the same but we will hit 90 out here in the Country....I won't be going to town tomorrow!

Haven't turned on the AC yet--saving it to do as long as we can & hoping for an ocean breeze. There are supposed to be several more days of this, so I'm sure the AC will be coming on.

Today was 88 & very humid--another 2 hrs. in the veggie garden this morning--art class in the A/C this pm---nice breeze is blowing here now, but when the sun goes down, I'm afraid it's A/C time! Pixie---Ory is a doll--who dresses her in those cute outfits?
