Paul,

Too funny! This is my favorite so far!!

I don't have any bird feeders unless you count the wildflower seeds I keep putting out on the hill in front of my house -- twice now I've spread my bird buffet in the hopes that some seed will be left to germinate. Flower count so far -- six bachelor buttons from $20.00 in seed. Those were very pretty bachelor buttons, though. LOL.

Liz, you got it, one leads to another or in my case 6, 7 or 8 leads to well more and so glad you liked the story, thanks for reading it and thanks for taking the time to write.......:)

Karen so glad you enjoyed the story.... About the $20 bachelor buttons, its OK my brother bought my mother an orchid for mothers day onetime.....paid like $50 for it.....well he locked his keys in the car outside the florist, cost him $125 to get his keys out of the car, so now he's got $175 in an orchid and let me tell you one other thing that's well funny, well funny now, my mother? She hates orchids..........:)

Enjoy your $20 bachelor buttons........:)

Good story Paul. I enjoyed it. Due to my woods expansion project I have not been able to work on my bird feeders like I would. But the one feeder I have put in has a large capacity to it. With the cleaning of the woods the bird population is starting to grow, along with that growth I have acquired one very large Hawk, who likes to sit in the branches above the feeder. Now I realize that hawks have to eat to but the problem is we have a miniature dachshund that is about rabbit size so I have to lead the way and shoo off the hawk before the dog is allowed outside.

I have just stepped into the wonderful world of PVC that has let me go wild with innovative ways of creating things and reading your blog has given me some ideas to expand it from feeders to birdbaths! Thanks.
