when is your Birthday?

Another September baby here,the 24th and I also have september twins (28th). The older 2,are august 23rd she was just 17 (YIKES,she passed her drivers test) and my oldest will be 19 in October!!!!!! I guess that means I started parting around thanksgiving and and ended with a GREAT superbowl night!!!!!!!!!! oh yea that is 4 well balanced libra's and one crazy virgo!!!!!!!! sue

Hey, Melody - we need to get together somewhere in between our birthdays and have one big bash!

Thanx all of you for all those wonderful wishes. tiG also shares the birthday! It was a pretty calm birthday. My two daughters presented me with a greeting they prepared secrretly the previous night and they handed them over y'day morning. I was very thrilled! My wife is a bit silent! Doesn't like this ageing, I believe ;)

LOL Pebble! No but I like the sound of it! That would make me considerably younger! So if we are going to share the 18th We will go with your year instead of mine!

Three of my kids were created in November and the fourth in early December. Know why? November is the first time we realize the gardens are REALLY closed for the next four months, expensive holidays are approaching and there are only so many 'free' things you can do without leaving the house! LOL Oh, and I forgot to mention, it is cold outside but there is no pretty snow. My kids birthdays...August 13, 21, 30 and Sept 6. Something went terribly awry this spring because I got pregnant in April and have a baby due in January. Now how did that happen? I had a basement full of seedlings to take care of and it was warm enough to go out! Must have been raining. :)
Now as for 45's, did you know some are collectors items now? I have been finding buyers for my hubby's 33's and 78's. Amazing! Every time we add a kid, something else has to go. LOL This time it is the old record collections.

I have alot of old records and yes, our turntable is still in use and hooked up to our stereo unit.We baby boomers need to get together and have a '50's' party.....your place or mine???????

i bought a old councel turntable at a auction-for a dollar...it was filled with records 45 and albums. I got the monkees and hermit andthe Hermits and olivia newton john-have you ever been mellow!!! and tons more-what a deal
its down in my grow room-where me and the plants "jam" in the winter..LOL
have my barry sadler album too!!!

Okay girls, don't kick me, or kick me out. LOL The records belonged to my hubby's grandfather. I was barely born in the sixties. LOL My dad was born in 1941 and my mom was born in 1950. My mother was THE Beatles fan, which is how my name ended up being Michele. I grew up on the vinyl versions of Donna Sommers (MacArthurs Park) and Barbara Streisands 'A Star Is Born'. LOL When my parents separated, I remember the song on the radio as we drove away 'Welcome to the Hotel California'. Very strange memories. ;)

October 25, a little before the Beetles, my kids loved the Monkees. Saw them on TV the other night - not so cute anymore. Also we call the "Beach Boys" the Beach Men. Fond memories tho I was in college when "Heartbreak Hotel" came out!!! At least I can still remember it.

I was a great fan of the Beatles in my teen years.And recently in the news ,them talking about John Lennon,I still got teary-eyed. :(

Anybody still have an 8 track player????? Maybe with all the senior moment's you will have to think about this one!!!!!!! sue

Zany Did I tell you once that I thought we were twins separated at birth. Twins born on June 18th. I can't believe it. Pebbles you were born in 1959 along with a lot of others but Zany and I were already here then. I am beginning to think I am the oldest person on Dave's and that is in a way a good feeling. I don't feel old just wore out is all.

March 20 1965. someone mentioned premmies above, my daughter was a 7 month premmie wieghed 2 lbs. 7 oz. lost to 1 lb. 6 oz. Now a healthy,16 year old !

Have a bunch of 8 tracks ,too ,but no player.And Ruby 42 ,I was thinking of a trade for 8 tracks,have to go hunt them up in garage. These were not ours but given to us.Still, we did use one back then plus the record player.
