Do anybody know what kind of tree is that I won or someone gave to me? I remember somebody saying something about Shade. Is it a tree that grows in the shade?

Sylvia, if it is tree from the walk that you won, it is an Oak, and they give shade, but they don't have to be in the shade. I hope that helps.

Well we are through with the 6 wk treatment!!! I say we because I had to hook him up with the IV two times a day. They still don't know what the infection was, and probably won't. He will have some more appointments later to follow up, but the worst is hopefully over. He sees the back surgeon in two weeks for CT scan to look at that area again. I havn't mentioned the East TX meet to him yet. But it is definately in the back of my mind.
At least ya'll are through with the IV's.. been there and done that with my DH... Hope this takes care of the infection!
here's hoping he will be feeling better and ya'll can come.. there is already over 50 people signed up, and Phyllis is trying to kill herself trying to help make this THE RU to attend..lol She has gone out to businesses and asked for donations for the door prizes... MAN... I hope I get my name called on any of them!! Course.. we still need to bring a door prize for each person with you.... so we are going to have lots of goodies there!
Oh Sheila I am glad that part is over and I will continue to keep y'all in my prayers.
