It wasn't me that made the sopapilla cheesecake. I just copied the recipe from another thread. I brought a bean and corn salad last time.

This is the cheesecake Becky is going to make for us. I copied this from a CSRU thread:
"here is Karla's recipe for Sopapilla Cheesecake
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
3-8 oz packages of cream cheese
2 cups sugar (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)
1 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Use 9 x 13 pan ( I used one end of the butter stick to lightly grease bottom).
Spread one can of crescent rolls in pan (may need to stretch a little to fit).
Mix 1-1/2 cups sugar, the vanilla, and the cream cheese until creamy.
Spread mixture on top of crescent rolls.
Place second can of rolls on top of mixture.
Melt stick of butter and pour on top of dough.
Mix remaining sugar (1/2 cup) and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes @ 350 F.

I will bring pickle relish, ketchup and sour kraut for the hot dogs, some Lays FF potato chips too. Oh, and a case of H2O on ice.
oklay looking good here I know my mom is planning on bringing maybe a salad so if nayone sees anything we are missing here please feel free to bring it
i WILL also bring some bottles of water on ice. and some potatoe chips.
