Another Little Story

LOL, you sound like a tried and true brother...my boys were both born in 1969 - one Jan 1st and the other Dec.8th..they were quite a handfull..never got along till after their dad died and they were in early 20's..now they are best of friends (most of the time lol) but there is nothing one would not do for the other as I'm sure it's same with you and yours!

You have such a sense of humour it does me well each day to read your stories, brings sunshine into my day!

So glad to sorta meet your little bro - especially after reading the previous stories.

Lord have mercy its 10,000 degrees outside....I'm not worried about dying and going to hxxx, I been out in it all day.......:)
Well Betty, I am tried and true...if not a bit fed up sometimes when he comes home and we have drop everything I want to do and do everything he wants to do, gee why I can't I be the center of attention all the time?.......:)
and Betty I don't even know anybody that was born in 1969......are there people in this world that young?.....I don't know any......:)...Funny I got buddies now that are great grandfathers, lord I just can't believe it......time does ease on by don't it.
and last but not least......I'm ever so glad it does you well to read my stories, I'm tickled for you and tickled for me too...can't beat that Betty.....going to post this other kinda goofy one right now before I go back outside.....You have an nice weekend

Dear Paul's brother Ralph,
I hope this gets to you because you and me, we gotta talk face to face, well, not actually face to face, it would be more like you kneeling all the way down and me being on a step ladder....but what I was going to say is that we need to talk about your misguided big brother, Paul. Something went wrong and I don't know when or what, but it seems that maybe between the two of us we might be able to straighten him out a little so that he wouldn't be so demanding of you, and would be downright kinder to you and all your gracious attributes. Truth told, it might be that he is in the possession of that green eyed monster that overtakes some of us sometimes, and if that is the case then it might be that I could get on that stepladder and have a face to face with him. In any case, let me know which of the two you think would do the most good.

Lord Betty I'll be best man at the wedding and nothing will do but to let Bubba cater the wedding party afterwards.....We'll have Bubba Burgers and when you and Ralph leave on your honeymoon instead of a limo, Bubba and I will arrange for you and Ralph to be carried to the Motel 6 of your choice in a carriage pulled by live buffalo from Bubba's estate in Missouri City.....My I kiss the bride to be?.....Mmmmmmmmmmmm wah.........:)

Sharran, I don't about where you come from, but where I come from it's a sin plain and simple to waste ice tea...Especially really, really, really sweet ice tea.......:)

I come from right here, Paul, and I was a bit put out to have lost that sweet ice tea myself.

and right here is in he upper 80's at the moment and I am drinkin more sweet ice tea, so don't say anything earthshaking....or tea purging.
