So, I thought I would share the view from my bedroom. The smell of the roses each spring is incredible. They fill the whole house with it.

Thanks, Betty. My hubby called me at work yesterday and said the neighbors were standing in front of the house admiring MY roses! HA! One of them was a man who refuses to share. Share info, seeds, cutting, the time of day. I laughed for an hour. LOL

Don't you just love it when people stop to admire..think there is a sign unbeknown to me lol that's says "come and sit a spell in my garden', actually, come to think of it I should paint a sign that says exactly that as many stop, look and admire, if I'm home I invite them to walk through them and enjoy...have neighbors also who love gardening, but they also love to share, share plants/seeds and ideas...know they come and sit by the pond while I work, and that warms my heart..that someone other than I can see it's beauty!

How pretty! Last night around dusk I saw a couple walking by and stopping to admire my rose, Sally Holmes, which threatens to grow over the side walk. It made me feel really good.

It does make you feel good that soemone other than you like what you've done or have.

This is nothing compared with today. Almost all of them are open but it's raining very hard right now.
