My photo disappeared

I posted a photo, and it came out in the preview, took forever to load, but it did, and it posted. I went back to the thread and now the photo is missing from my post. What happened?

I just tested a photo and it went through fine. What size is the image you're trying to upload?

We generally recommend that photos stay under 800x600 pixels, and if you're struggling to get that size through from your PC to the server, you can try saving it as a .jpg instead of .gif to reduce the file size.

Ahhh, I suspected maybe it was too big, but thought it was weird that it came through on the preview. Thanks for the advice, Terry, I'll try that!
