Ok I am totally confused. 2 frizzles breed together does not make a frizzle?

I think they are saying it causes's problem's but i bred mine and my chicks were okay.....?

I don't know luvs i never had a problem mine were just a little pair of red frizzle and thier eggs hatched fine.

The problem with breeding frizzle to frizzle is that some birds will end up with a double dose of the frizzle gene. These birds are called curlies, and have extremely poor feather quality. Unless you are breeding curlies to curlies you will also get some with a single copy of the gene, making them a normal frizzle.
