sunshinesw, candela refers to my garden as my tropical oasis.
Here's a photo of one wall in the courtyard. Going for a bit of a New Orleans style garden. There are 11 different Adenium on the wall that I rotate out regularly. Three Plumeria. Some Musella lasiocarpa, Euphorbia, Golden Crinum and a couple of Christmas Cactus.

rita are those red plants copperleaves or crotons? sure i will save some gandules for you. they grow real fast into a real nice willowy kind of tree.

It's a suburb of Tampa. About 11 miles to the East.
Chris, I have this blank brick wall where I had cut down about 25ft.of holly plants, and was wondering what to do with it Thank you for the great Idea, I love it.
candela, the red leaf plant is copperleaf.
This little plant is croton 'Andrew' my favorite.
My consultation fee is merely a few seeds from that lovely pod below the cardinal.

Chris , It will be in the mail as soon as it is ready. They are just the plain pink plumeria, nothing fancy, but a good bloomer.
Ooooo. what are those? Is that an Amorphophallus on the right, tucked behind a little bit?

Chris, in the picture there is a pink cordyline with a caladium Florida beauty. No amorphophallus, wish that I had one.

I did have spring bubs they are done now.
These are not as impressive as Rj brug. forest, but they were given to me and I love them.

kimarj, I have never tried the mexican petunia in a hanging basket, but I do not know of any reason it would not do well.
I am a big fan of the chicken gizzard plant, they are so easy to grow.
Here they are in a hanging basket last spring. By the end of summer it was huge.
