This has been happening a lot lately. When I open a thread and hit
"Go to New", an ad will be blocking part of the page instead of
being at the bottom.
When I reload the page, the ad moves but usually only part of
it appears at the page bottom.
Not a biggie, but it happens in all my browsers.

Terry, could you send this to Ted to see if he knows what's going on? Certainly this isn't purposely done...
