A busy season already, re-landscaping and spring cleaning. A mild winter (defined as above freezing) really has the garden seemingly ahead of schedule, whatever that might be!
A few projects included re-landscaping the back part of the garden formerly known as "the brug forrest",
cleaning out the garage and turning it into a "Tiki Lounge" set up with tables and chairs, ratan palm tree lamps, and still managing to function as a garage hiding the lawnmowers behind Thai print material hung from the ceiling.
This was the old landscaping-
fini!

I won the lottery with this species. I bought the original papay 4 years ago now- after extensive research it turns out to be a hybrid that was specifically designed for every tree to produce fruit. Indeed, every tree does. The year after Hurricane Rita, I had so many Papayas in the front and back garden from all of the trees, that I let the fruit drop to the ground. As a result, there are wild Papaya trees growing in the front and back that came from the dropped papayas.
ok no where is the spot for the sleeping bag for staying out under the stars in the plants for the rest of my life????
I could get lost in there and never come out and that is a good thing
ok that does it I am moving into your garden..just point me to the best place to get the full effect of the fragrance of everything when it is in bloom and I'll just live on the papaya.
