I'm excited too, and a slight change of plans here as well. Seems DH and BIL suddenly ARE interested so will also be joining us. The more the merrier, I suppose. Just kinda puts a crimp on how many plants I buy at Heidi's! If he wouldn't have come along I could have simply said "Oh...look what Heidi GAVE me!" *sigh*
Sunday, April 27th Trip to Hostajim's and Dragonfly
Outta, you just have to give Heidi the money on the sly. Trust me, she can make it work!
What a glorious day today was! I was out in the garden by 8:00 this morning and I just came inside at 8:30 tonight! That's the way it should be! All my hostas are going nuts, and I was having so many weak-kneed moments in the garden it was hard to stand up straight!
Can't wait to see Jim's garden and his hostas. And, of course, Dragonfly. I have my list already printed out. I need shrubs! I'm really looking forward to the day.
Melissa,
What zones does the Corokia grow in? Is it one of your zone denial plants? It's really cool looking!
I geting Excited to, to meet all the I havent yet.
Yes Pix that's the one, and I wrote it down

Way to go, Gordo! Thanks, bud. A true friend, indeed! But better to talk baseball with my DH...not a huge football fan.
Hey I happen to know one of the Mariner owners! And Edgar still eats at the restaraunt wheb he is in town. Is he a big nut? Would he like a all star collectible ball? Its from 2001 when it was at Safeco Field. That should destract him for awhile!!
Looking forward to seeing everyone in the a.m. :0) Rach

Nice article, Heidi! And beautiful photos of your place, and snappy pic of you in the greenhouse! You are going to have plenty of business when the farmer's market comes to Dragonfly. So cool!
Rachel, I've had my Corokia cotoneaster for three years, in the ground, and it hasn't skipped a beat. They are hardy here. I like them, too.

Sorry about Gordon and Tilly dealing with neck injuries. That can be really debilitating.
Too bad I had to miss the trip to Jim's and Heidi's places. We got back over the pass no trouble, but I've come down with something nasty, not sure if it's something I ate away from home or a virus.
We missed you, Holly!! Hope you got some rest today and are feeling a little bit better.
I just read the article. Wonderful, Heidi. Although he didn't even touch all the things there are to see there.
I didn't realize that Dave made that chain arbor. I love it. It stopped me in my tracks.
And how about you, Gordon? You, too.
Stared the new treads. got home before all LOL
