Creating 'Groups' for dmail blasts?

I know in the past that I've created groups (not folders) for dmail blasts but for the life of me I just can't figure out how to do it anymore.

Is this still available? Or am I just blind?

If you go to "My Info", you'll see an option that says "manage my friends and groups". That's where you'd go to create a new group or edit an existing one. Then when you go into your mail and click on "compose" you'll see a list of all your groups and you can choose one to send the message to.
