Hi Dale and Helen. I will add your names to the list. Eleanor
Hi all
Hey Helen and Dale. Welcome.
Dunno how I missed this for so long...I'm Janice(Jan), but on Dave's, I'm pretty much known as Phoebe--for obvious reasons. Phoebe was my 12 yo shih tzu who died unexpectedly 1 1/2 years ago. She was my best friend. Rather than trying to fill the empty space with another Shih tzu,I got my first computer, and named it "Phoebe's Legacy" I came up with "Phoebesviolets" when I joined some of the African violet forums.
Welcome Dale and Helen
Welcome, Helen and Dale! Helen, what part of Vermont do you live in? There are a number of us in NH in the Keene area - which is pretty much the SW corner of the state. I hope you will be able to join us at a Roundup in our area next summer!
Willie - LOL!
Welcome Jan, even though I've been calling you Phoebe all along! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss of our best friend. I understand that so well.
Louise
Hi Janice and welcome. I will add you to the list. Eleanor
Hi Eleanor! How are things with little Colin??? Missed reading your posts lately. I know you are very busy though. How's the weather there in your area?
Louise
Hi Louise. Thanks for asking about Colin (not the weather though)!! We have another storm on the way with another foot of snow expected. Colin is doing very well. He is getting speech, special instruction, OT and he is in a speech group with 3-4 children. He will be starting PT when they can find a time in his schedule. He is a busy little boy but it is all play and he enjoys it. He is such a sweetheart and all of his service providers adore him. He now has quite a vocabulary and is using some words appropriately. He even gets a short sentence in once in a while. Hope you are staying warm down in Florida. Eleanor
Eleanor - don't throw your computer at me, but we have the a/c on at the moment. Glad to hear so many good things are happening for little Colin. That's wonderful! Hope you get through this next storm ok!
Louise
If Eleanor doesn't throw her computer at you, I will! LOL! (just kidding) Another big storm tomorrow....and it is sooooooo cold all the time! Help!
if you weren't such a nice person Louise... I would jump in on the computer throwing
:)
I am sooooo done with this cold stuff.... and we have such a long way to go yet

Welcome Sandy!
Hi, Sandy, welcome to the NE forum!
Hey, Sandy, and welcome to the NE forum. Are you up near Wellsboro? That is some beautiful country!
Jan
Hi Sandy and welcome to the Northeast Forum. I added your name to the list. Eleanor
hi sandy - welcome!!
Welcome Sandy ^_^
hello and welcome Sandy!
Thanks everyone...what a greeting! Jan, yes I am not far from Wellsboro. Have you ever gone to the Laurel fest. here? It's coming up.
Haven't made it up for that. My brother says it is quite something. Parade, etc. It's a busy town with all kinds of events and music going on. They have lived in different parts of the country and they are the busiest they have ever been. The 'Grand Canyon of the East' is beautiful, too.
Hi Sandy, welcome to the N.E. forum!
Welcome from central New York. :)
Jeanmarie
