My Dmail.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I go into mail and shows: "this is your inbox, no mail found".

I go into My info and can click on my Dmail to read it. Is this the way it is to work??? Had trouble with getting mail awhile back, as there was no sign "mail" to click on.

Thank you

Your mail could be in another folder. Have you created any new folders lately? That way the mail is going to the folder, if it is a continuing discussion, and it won't show in your inbox.

You have several options for accessing your dmail:

1) through "My Info" (as you've discovered);
2) through the "My Mail' link, next to "My Info" (this link appears as "YOU HAVE [X] NEW MAIL(S)" if you have one (or more) waiting.
3) through the dmail alert if you add it to your Home page.

The nice thing about having the alerts on your Home page is that shows you the title of the waiting message(s), and you can click on the subject to access it in one step.

That's nice, especially if you've filed that message away somewhere, or filed it in your deleted folder (but the other party decides to send you another reply.

If you need help adding the dmail alerts to your Home page, let us know!

Thank you both for your help. No, I have not made any folders to put these into, and I definitely did NOT delete these last two Dmails as they are up to date and ongoing.

At least I now know where I can see & read them......in the deleted mail.

My latest D-Mail thread mysteriously moved to the deleted folder.

Was it an older dmail? If so, might you have moved it there previously?

How do I delete old dmail? Thanks, GM

there's a button at the top of the dmail that says "Delete" :)
