E-mail question

I think I've seen this asked before but do we have an option of deleting old D-mails? I see the option to save as "trades" or "friends" but don't see an option to delete.

Yes, you can delete d-mail. Go to the d-mail you want to delete and somewhere on your page (it's on the right side of my page) click on manage folders, there you will see a list of options and delete is one of them.

I'm still only seeing the option to delete friends and trades which I don't want to delete. I'm pretty slow so bear with me!

You can open each individual email and at the top is a Delete This function.
Or from your main D-Mail page, check the Move box on the left side of the D-mail and then scroll down to the bottom and from the drop down menu, select the folder you want it moved to, like Deleted.

Click on Mail at the top of your screen. It should take you to your list of d-mails. Click on the d-mail you want to delete. There you should somewhere see a couple of boxes. One says: My Tools and listed beneath that is Blog, Journal, Trade List, Tags.

Next will be another box that says D-Mail: and listed beneath it will say Actions: Compose Mail, Inbox, Drafts, Manage Folders, View All D-Mail. If you click on Manage Folders it will then take you to a screen to delete that particular d-mail and it will put it in a delete folder.

I am not real good at explaining things so I hope you find it okay. ^_^ You have to click on the particular d-mail first like you are going to read it and the boxes will be over to the side, or maybe at the bottom - I'm not sure if everyone's page is the same set-up. I think you have to delete each one separately.

Hopefully someone else will come along soon and maybe have a better way of explaining.

Thank You Sue! I KNEW there must be an easier way! Now I need to go and clear out some old d-mails from my mailbox! LOL. That sure makes it sooo much easier than the way I thought it had to be done! One click and it's gone!

LOL, I started reading yours and my eyes crossed!
You can click several at once and send them at the same time. You can also make new folders, like another Members name, and send all their d-mails into that folder.

Yeah, LOL, sometimes I try to explain things to myself and my own eyes get crossed! I LIKE easy! Especially the older I get.

Yep, know the feeling! And the slipping memory doesn't help. My DH even asks why he should even bother taking me somewhere nice because I'll never remember it anyways! Pffft I say!
