I'm going to hate for this day to end!! It has been a wonderful day. My two daughters and of course Colin took me out for dinner. All of the ice cream places open up on April 1 (no matter what the weather is) so we went to our favorite place for ice cream afterwards. My oldest daughter washed my CRV today, inside and out, and gave me a "Life Is Good" tire cover for the back. My youngest (Colin's mother) gave me a gift certificate to a local nursery and Colin gave me some garden gloves and one of those singing cards from Hallmark. I bought a little cedar garden hutch to go with the potting bench I bought last year - those are from DH. DH couldn't make it to dinner tonight because he had a meeting but said he would take me out to dinner another night!! I don't need two birthday dinners but with spring here I'll work off the extra calories in the garden very soon! Thanks again for all of the birthday wishes and pics. You guys are the greatest! Thanks JD and Jenn! Enjoy that cake JD since I can't eat gluten. I've never heard of Chocolate Wipeout Cake, but it sounds delicious and deadly. Is it something like the flavor of ice cream "Death by Chocolate"? I love chocolate and can eat plenty of it, just not in a cake with a gluten flour. I finished my dinner with a hot fudge sundae!! Eleanor - its so funny you mentioned the ice cream places opening on April 1st --- I just reminded my brother on Sunday to hit Byrne Dairy for a soft ice cream on the 1st - he's back taking care of my Dad and was trying to think a short drive plus fun --- and that's the first thing I thought of!!!!!

JD - I could make one of those with gluten free flour and then put lots of chocolate syrup on it so it wouldn't taste like cardboard - then it definitely would be death by chocolate!! Thanks Harper! No, there are not very many Eleanor's in this world. I taught school for over 30 years and never had an Eleanor in any of my classes. I used to hate the name cause it was so different from everyone else's but now I like it for the very same reason. Thanks Pirl - I'm not used to this royal treatment!! LOL Eleanor
