I have had a problem with vanishing posts. This seems to happen for various reasons. My computer acts up, I write part of a reply then decide to look at a picture in the main body of the post or for no discernable reason at all.

An easy fix for this is to right click your mouse, hit select all and hit copy. Then if your post vanishes all you have to do is hit paste. You would not need to do this all of the time but it sure can help if you have given a lot of thought to wording a post just right or it is a lengthy reply. I am sure that some of you have already thought of this but it was a new one for me.

Or use Firefox browser, I can click a picture and come back and the post I started is still there.
Or open a second browser window.

I use both methods now; opening a second browser window and often copy my text. But it still happens I lose my text when I sometimes forget to copy and correct in the preview mode; it always happens when I select f.ex. a whole word or a sentence, then press the delete button and the whole post is gone. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Hit Control A to highlight all the text
Hit Control C to copy all text
Go view your pics or whatever and come back.
Hit Control V to past all the text back where you curser is.
