Ideas for cute note pads?

I have a friend who has been promoted and is now a "boss". I want to send her some customized note pads/sticky notes. My brain is dull and I can not think of anything cute/clever. Please help!

I've made these up before and they are lots of fun. I've always went online and looked at what was for sale then swiped their ideas, LOL! I'm sure your friend would appreciate anything you come up with...what a nice idea!
