I hope the fun doesn't ever end, I have so enjoyed bird watching!!! Congrats on the new birds!!

I'm thinking this is a Chipping Sparrow. Am I thinking correctly? :-) Thanks for your help.

Agree with Field Sparrow and Chipping Sparrow, respectively

Thank you Adel & Resin. The confirmation is much appreciated. I'm not very confident with new-to-me bird ids.

The Ozarks, MO(Zone 5b)

Thanks Resin for the confirmation...can you ID this one? It is probably a sparrow I should know but the more I see the more confused I become! Thanks!

Anybody know for sure what this little shorebird is? I thought it was a willet; but the beak seems a lot longer than that.

Thanks Resin.

Is this also a white throated sparrow, or did this one get its beak into something? It looks larger than the previous one.

Thanks,

GG

This Rufous is trying out for the U.S.A. diving team for the next Olympics. He's doing the Hummer Swan Dive. (wrong thread...sorry about that)

Maybe still a little dizzy from the flight shots adel? :-) They can be dangerous to one when trying to follow birds especially the fast ones.

Lovely pic!

this bird struck me as being lanky, it is a little crouched down to get a drink in this photo

Hah, you should see me with the female house finches. "boy, that one looks a lot lighter, is there any yellow on it? could it be a siskin? I'm sure it must be different."

The Ozarks, MO(Zone 5b)

I think this is a lousy pic of a Pine Warbler! (I KNOW it's a lousy pic but not sure it's a Pine Warbler) LOL!
