My backyard...
My daughter and I... we got quite a bit here, as you can see. This was the first significant snow since she was born. We went out three separate times, and each time it was quite the chore to get her back inside... :)

Nothin' like y'all's snowfall......by a long shot....but we actually had some flurries this morning about 8 am....but not cold enough to stick....probably tomorrow though, it will be cold enough....if it snows again (just N of Conroe)

Rowlett (eastern suburb of Dallas) got almost 2" of rain on Tuesday and 2" of rain again yesterday, and then this nice covering of snow both days as well. Luckily temps didn't get to freezing, so the roads were no problem. Unfortunately that also meant that I had to come to work!!

Yes, Pattie, it snowed at my place sometime overnight last night, and I woke up today to the same amount of snow that we had Wed AM. And I can't get over how much rain we had on Tues and Thurs!

Wow, you know that is so funny! Seems like you cross the lake and everything's different. My mom & dad live just across from me--less than 2 miles--and they often get rain when we don't.
We did get all that rain, though. And a 1/2 cord of firewood that I can't imagine when my dh thinks we'll burn. LOL!
we got snow too. my son jack was up early too so he could muck around before he went to school. just enough for a few good sized snow balls.
mamajack, And what did son jack do with them there snow balls? I bet i can guess! When i was about #%^&* old a few #%^& years ago,one of the best things i liked to do was make snow ice cream. Afraid to do it any more. Jerry
The sun shone here all afternoon and i was out on the slope pulling purple vetch for 2 hours, what fun!!! I only have a 10x35 foot space which is solid with it to go, I hope my legs will last long enough.

jerry, i remember that ice cream. remember how much it used to snow when we were kids? and it snowed when it was supposed to and not in march.
