Dellrose, you are worried about twigs!!!!!!!!! Good Lord, the birds here will not cooperate with me at all, I either have twigs or great big trees in my shots. I crop, but cannot get rid of the brush. I have made it my trademark!

The yellow spot on top of the head means it is a male; from its otherwise fairly drab plumage, it is a first-year bird (hatched last summer)

Congratulations Nanny! Isn't it nice to see a new bird in your yard...well sometimes. Last week I saw a Common Grackle for the first time and this week I can't count how many are out there...grrrrr! Love your cute little Warbler though!
