Tattoos?

Does anyone have any flower tattoos? I wanted a flower on my ankle so I took a picture of my Perrin's Pride clematis in and this is the end result. I was happy with her work. Anybody else have any flower tattoos to share?

I have a single long stem rose on my shoulder. I don't have a photo of it though.

goldfinch, you've just hit on a secret desire of mine. I'd love to get a flower tattoo! DH doesn't like the idea, though (possible disease transmission) so I haven't done it, but I'd still like to!!

Eanders, if you go to a reputable tattoo place they must be state certified. They sterilize all their equipment and use new ink for each person. They will also provide you with after care instructions. I know lots of people with tattoos and no one has ever got a disease.

My husband has 2 full sleeves, plus many others. He does not have flowers but tattoo parlors are pretty safe. Go in and take a look, ask questions, and come back.

If my hubby wants a tat he has to book 6 months out because the artist is that backed up..

I have tats, as well, but no flowers. My DD and I are considering getting matching ones with a plumeria incorporated into the design.

I have a flower tattoo on my leg about where yours is, inside a cross-it was my own design. Then I have one that is a rose through a heart, then one on my lower back that is an abstract design with a large blue flower on it. Then I have a unicorn on my shoulder that has a rose through it. I just realized that every tattoo has a flower incorporated in it, and this all happened before I started gardening! LOL Well, this is other than my eyebrows! LOL

kwanjin, I'm surprised at the number of mothers and daughters, and also couples, that have the same tats. My DH is thinking of getting one of the dragon ones that I have put on his arm.

mistygardener, guess gardening has been in your blood for a long time! You have the permanent make-up tats for eyebrows? I also have have a dragon coiled around a flower and also a bracelet that is two vines twined around each other with roses on it.

Yes, Goldfinch...it's surprising but you're, right it, seems to be the norm these days.

Yes, goldfinch, I guess it has been in my blood! LOL My eyebrows aren't make-up, they are actual tattoos, and yes, they hurt as bad, if not worse, than all the others! LOL
I have some pics somewhere, but I will have to figure out where they are and post them.

That is a nice dragon! I've like dragons forever - I have a big collection of pewter dragons, wizards, castles, etc. I'll try to get pics of my dragons too. I actually just got one last Sunday so it'll be a while before I get a pic of that one.
