Garden Party in Orange - Photos 2/23/2008
Uf da! I learned something about uploading photos. My problem was that I was repeating the text (i.e. next... or more...) so the minute I stopped "repeating myself" (so to speak), the photos uploaded without a hitch.
That's all of them. I had such a wonderful time with everyone. Thanks again Arlene.

Nothing wrong with your cheeks, Kathleen! You look great .
Thanks for sharing the pictures happygirl. Twas a good day indeed.
Ditto what Mike said Kathleen.
See, you guys are great! Snowtop, you are beautiful and don't need a thing. Good pictures happygirl, and you sure are. It was great meeting someone who understands bird-speak!
I felt the same about you Kathleen! As I type, my DH is vacuuming in here (the office/bird room). The pigeon loves to fling her food around....along with the other "matter" that gets flung about! ;-)

And we did our nail clipping today - all three. They didn't like it, I can tell you, but we got through it with minimal trauma and they still love us. lol
Oops, I make the same mistake that happy made with a bunch of my photos. They didn't load up because there was no text in the message box. Duh! All that work for nothing.
Will have to post them again tomorrow. I'm tired now and need to go to bed.
Thanks for the great pictures . . such memories! I do have some that I won't post but we can save them if we feel a need to blackmail anyone.
One of the things I like about digital photos is how easy they are to destroy! lol
I CAN be bribed to destroy them. LOL
Will begging work?
I have looked and looked at these pictures...and find only one thing wrong...I'M NOT IN ANY OF THEM!!
And how nice to see Don and Pam getting to relax!! OH...and could it be that Kathleen only had ONE man with her...she usually carries a spare...and me with out even one!! Was that "Mr Personality" (George) Smilling???? how'd that happen....LOL
Although I gained 30 pounds when I quit smoking ...and started eating...I am still not "skinny" by a long shot...but 23 pound loss is nothing to sneeze at...and I still have to June to lose a couple more.
I look forward to a great time in Temecula!! I hope I meet all the new ones too. Jo
What a great bunch of photos,
Jo, we had such a good time and did indeed get a chance to relax.......the champagne didn't hurt the cause one bit as Pam drove home.....lol.
The orchid gift from Weegy was a huge surprise and everyone here is finding reasons to go into the greenhouse just to gawk at the color and the size of the flowers. All the other orchids that are blooming at the moment are just bridesmaids....lol. We also scored two entire flats of Echium fastuosum seedlings from Sherry that have already found their way into the Echium patch with the other thriving specimens she's provided our gardens in the past. We'll be seeing blooms on the older plants shortly, and Pam is very excited as this is one of her favorites flowers.
We do hope to see all of you soon here at the ranch for our fourth annual shindig,
don
We certainly got to see some old friends, which was fabulous, yet all of the new folks truly made for an enthralling time.
Thanks for the pictures!!
Quyen,
I love your pics. You captured some great interaction of some serious talking. lol
Donna
I finally made weegy's Portuguese Soup today....excellent!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I make it so much, dh is sick of it!
