I'm having trouble adding more photos for some reason. It will only display the first two so I've just uploaded the photos to an album on Shutterfly. I hope this link will work...

Nancy, make sure you go to the RU forum and look at our funny group shots from last year's Ru.
edited to say that I'm wrong, the group shots are not in the RU forum....they're lost somewhere in the Ca Grdening forum from last May.
And that I'll do the low carbing real soon, just as soon as I can finish off the rhubarb for just one more batch of Strawberry-Rhubarb crisp, and Chicken Tetrazzini tomorrow and a pot of Chicken Corn Chowder.

Oh that sucks. I did not see this thread. I have been in school all day and in the evenings too on some nights so I haven't spent alot of time on various threads.

I hope it was ok whether. I would have loved to see all of you guys.

Weather was good, food was better, friends were fantastic! With Champagne, what more could we ask for?

Yay, Donna! She remembered that the RU photos were Anna's (rusty56)...so if you go to rusty56's member page and look under threads started by her, you will see '3rd annual so cal RU may 19 '07'. This thread carries the group shots from last year's RU.

Sherry, you think YOU need to lose weight? Did you see how hugh I looked??? Yikes.

I am honestly going back to WW this week, I have to take off all this extra off before I don't want to go to any more RU's. lol

Nancy, those were great photos you took. I think you got a nice picture of everyone there.

It was so great to meet you today and I look forward to talking with you more on the forums and hopefully see you at our next gathering.

Well, I personally wouldn't want the photos of me to be given any more exposure....LOL...on the other hand we ARE very *real* people, hmmm? I think Dave saw first hand last year what an unusual group we are. I still think he looks like the only sane one in the photos ...keep thinking he's sitting there saying, "Look at me..... what am I doing sitting here amidst all of the nutty people?"

I need to smile more! You guys can complain about your weight, but I can't do anything with my droopy cheeks! I'll have to walk around with a silly grin on my face to prop them up! lol We all have our little vanities. Health is what counts, though.

Well it just wasn't the same without me.

I am glad you all had a good time and Dave does have a group of nutcases for his Passe, but what do you expect from people who do such expensive, time consuming and back breaking hobbies that treat it as a full time job and in the heat and rain and wind and snow none the less.

Can't wait to see Jo all skinny! Can't wait to spend time with Marie Ortiz again too.
