I know a lot of you enjoy this grocery store though I don't have one near me. I was surprised to hear we get some food from China (and organic in Trader Joes case)! I know most everything else comes from China but I've never seen a "grown in China" sticker.

Often if it doesn't even have a sticker or origin on the food I won't buy it. I wish that was required.

Interesting.

I know that Trader Joes moved away from it's original owners' vision. Since TJ expanded across the country they started purchasing in large quantities (instead of choice odd lots of left overs from 'gourmet' and 'specialty' suppliers) and must do some sourcing in Asia.

But I hadn't realized they were buying so much from China.

My kids love their potstickers; I wonder if they are being discontinued...

I can't recall a 'grown in China' sticker, but then I don't always look for a sticker...

We like the potstickers, too, but they haven't had them here in awhile. I don't think they were made in China, but I could be wrong. I'm not crazy about Trader Joe's food in general.
