Early Spring?

Greensboro, AL

I went walking yesterday morning and heard a dove cooing,I see blue birds all around, I see geese paired off and the grass is turning green. I know the ground hog saw his shadow but it is like a Ninety three year old Elder in our church said. "God ain't going to let a critter tell him what to do."

I hope you're right!

The robins have never gone away this winter here. I hear them about every day, chirps here and there that I recognize as theirs. But Over the weekend though, one was singing like crazy, like he thought it was spring, too.

It doesn't look like a early spring for us up here. We are in the middle of a snow storm and very cold temp are predicted after that. We've had a bad winter and spring can't come last enough now. Sometimes I wish I could hibernate through the winter like the bears.

I'm all for that.
