Help w/ journal

I'm trying to arrange my journal in a treeview. All should come under journal, wintersowing should be under planted>seed starting>wintersowing. I can't figure out how to do this. I did read the manual but I'm just not getting it. Please help, translate.

Hi Maggie,
I think I understand what you want, but if I'm completely off, let me know.
Go to your journal
Click Manage Categories link in the Main Menu
You should have Managing your categories: Top Level at the top of your page if yours is set up like mine
I am assuming you want these all under Planted - click that link
it will say:
To add a new subcategory, type in the new sub-category name below.
type in seed sowing
hit submit
it will say:
You have some more subcategories below this category. You may drill down further, or skip down to add a new subcategory.

* seed sowing (0)

To add a new subcategory, type in the new sub-category name below.

now click on the link seed sowing
you will see:
Managing your categories - Planted : seed sowing

To add a new subcategory, type in the new sub-category name below.

type in wintersowing hit submit and you should be all set :)
