Always watch your back... some people may be nice and appear friendly to your face but when they feel like they have the opportunity to stab you in the back, they will.... just like what my charge nurse did this last week. I work my butt off for this hsp and never had any complaints about my pt care but she has a personal vandetta against me.

I firmly believe in Karma... what goes around comes around and she will get her due reward. May not be today, tomorrow or this year... but she will.

This woman is suppose to be a so called "Christian"... yeah, enough said.

Just had to get this off my chest... sorry

I agree with you 110%...when people get a chance to stab you in the back they will....esp. if it benefits themselves. It is a hard lesson learned for everyone.

It sure is Char... and she really thinks it's benefitting her with our new boss. What she doesn't know is that all the other employees are watching her and is now mistrusting her motives.

So she is getting her karma now. If people mistrust her, then karma is working against her. She had to have done this to other people before you. People just don't start out of the blue.

I have stated before, nasty people are not worth the effort. This is a great place to vent, isn't it? ☺

Hug, honey, been there and done that too. DO document everything, protect your a==! Documentation goes a lot further if it comes down to the "he said, she said" deal. I guess it takes all kinds, but I like you am a firm believer what goes around comes around in spades.

That is a good idea. I will start documenting. Right now I'm at a cross road. Thinking about finding a new job closser to home (I'm driving 45 minutes one way at this time). I love everyone at work and did enjoy my job but hate all the politics involved.
