Television viewing question

DH needs his television. I currently have Star Choice, roughly $45/month. The problem is there is NEVER anything on. I feel as if it is a waste of money, 45/month for Simpsons reruns....yuck!!! He will not shut it off, has to have it going, there has to be something better.

Is there something better out there?

Sorry you have that problem. We can go days without turning ours on except to play movies or games.

I can only tell you we have satelite. $70.00 for 250 channels.

I'm sure ours is no cheaper. We have service bundled with computer fiber optic. When we switched to this company, the remote got so complicated and the channel numbers changed so I watched a lot less TV. If I was a tougher person, I would just unplug!!

If it were me, I'd unplug it.
Remember that old Springsteen song? "57 Channels and Nothing On"
Now it's 157 channels.

I was just hoping there was another Satellite service, or SOMETHING out there with some decent viewing.
Problem is, aside from the endless Simpsons reruns, is when he's bored, he's cranky, and then he starts eying MY computer.....
