How many threads are you 'watching'? you may be surprised !

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

Some of mine I watched from bug and plant ID-- i like to guess and read along to see if I was right, without the need to comment.

What a rookie - 588 here.

Albuquerque, NM(Zone 7a)

Only 35 for me. I always seem to be the listener, not the talker! ;-)

North Augusta, ON

185 pages for me :))

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

LOL I can't keep a clean house, but I'm cleaning up my watched threads- down to 599- temporarily

Dillonvale, OH(Zone 6a)

Geez LOL 173 pages of posts you have made, and 904 (this one makes 905) watched threads :))

Albuquerque, NM(Zone 7a)

Well, I've weeded mine down to 260. One of the problems is that I watch a thread that updates to a new thread every day, so they add up. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. ;-)

What about this one: how many threads have YOU started? How many pages worth?

Houston, United States(Zone 9b)

Of ones of mine I haven't unwatched it's 296!!!!!!! What a big mouth!

Dillonvale, OH(Zone 6a)

9 pages.. not too bad at all :-P

Scottsburg, IN(Zone 6a)

I'm only at 90 threads. When I run across something that's gone dormant and I don't want to lose it I have started Tagging it so I can find it again. Same for a thread that may have moved past where I was participating, but still don't want to lose it in the big world of DG :)

Albuquerque, NM(Zone 7a)

Just one full page plus 2 threads on a second page.

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

I have started 120 or so....... had no idea!
I hesitate to unwatch those in fear somebody directs a question to me, but that's probably pretty silly .

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

Who's still here? I have 2785 watched threads now. Some in forums I could have sworn I never visited. I probably came across the new posts on some OTHER sleepless night.

If you're still watching this one, now you are rewarded for your faithfulness with a picture from Longwood Gardens Pennsylvania, last year.

2339, here.

Very pretty!!!

Oh my gosh, I haven't had time to open this one, so it's been sitting in my box for a few days.

That's gorgeous!!

Crozet, VA

Hello and Seasons Greetings to Sally and all. How funny. So glad you updated this Sally, it will be interesting when folks start reporting in. It has been quite a while since I have visited the Mid Atlantic Gardeners. I will try to drop by there before too long and see how everyone is doing during this extra busy time of year.

Hope that everyone is having a great day. We all deserve it!!!

Yay kwanjin, good work there, watching all those. its a tough job but somebody has to do it
LOL
Hi billySally and Ruby!

Oostburg, WI(Zone 5b)

geez louiz 5711 and I only watch a few regulars now - school, work, etc. no time for extra reading

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

5711-- we may have our winner here!

Nichols, IA(Zone 5a)

I forgot where to look. I only have a few active one's, but I'll think of something and go hunt up an old thread. Usually I've been the last to write. How sad is that?

I'm watching 1582 threads. At least 40 pages worth. I've been here 4 years. I made the mistake of unwatching quite a few of the earlier ones. I don't know it they're still counted or not.

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

I don't think they are in your total once you unwatch. I have a lot of plant ID and insect ID ones.

Sometimes I go back and look, and find that my post was the last one on the thread... *blush* , thread killer, perhaps not as witty as I thought...or hoped.

Nichols, IA(Zone 5a)

I've actually lamented on threads that I killed them. Sometimes they are just done and no one want's to come back. Sad, but there are a lot of threads out there and people I haven't met yet :o)

Anne Arundel,, MD(Zone 7b)

Well, we who have met you are very happy to have you!

Crozet, VA

I am so glad that you folks admitted that you too get an uneasy feeling when you are the last person to post to a thread. Thought it was just me. hahaha

Well, looks like I have some catching up to do. I am watching only 678. I too have unwatched some too though. It is great fun to be able to come here and have access to so many different topics. The past few months most of my online time has been spent on the Clean and Clutter Free forum. I have learned a lot and have actually been putting some of the things I read in to action. My house thanks me.

Here is hoping that everyone enjoys their weekend coming up and Happy Holidays to you all.

Ruby

Nichols, IA(Zone 5a)

Anne, Thank you Thank you!! I haven't met a person I didn't like for some reason or another. Seriously. I'm a bit of a Pollyanna :o)

Ruby, I still daydream about using a leaf blower inside. It makes me smile :o)

Crozet, VA

You are a cutie Billy. I can see you now with the leaf blower....watch out everyone, she is coming through. hahhaha

Nichols, IA(Zone 5a)

Yes do watch out. the first time I used it in the garage, well... lets just say it took me a second to figure out how to hold it down, and not shoot up in the air, LOL!
