Sally, is that what's blooming now? I get that and witch hazel mixed up all the time.
winter jasmine is at my mom's - I'm not sure if its blooming now. It has kind of prostrate stems, green and long and wiry, I think witch hazel is much more shrubby-woody. I think winter jasmine would be nice on slope or going over a wall.
It's blooming at my friend's house in Florida. LOLOL. There is a nursery in W.Va right off route 81 that sells it in March for $ 7.99 a big 1 gallon container of it. Holly, maybe we ought to take another trip later. hmmmm
