Al, You certainly are a NE contributor. I went to college in Milwaukee for 2 1/2 years. So we can adopt wisconsin. Precedent here: My sister attended a college in eastern Colorado. They used to say they were so far east that they were actually in Nebraska. So one year they celebrated "Nebraska Day" and the Governor of Nebraska actually sent them a proclamation annexing their campus into the state of Nebraska!
