Seed trade problems

Metro DC, MD(Zone 7a)

I liked this post by byndeweedbeth and thought that I would echo it here:

Quoting:
I've gotten lots of trades with hand written labels and I can genuinely say I was very thankful and appreciative of each and every one!
Some of us have arthritis and some of us can't see so good anymore but none of that really matters. What matters is that we took the time to share what we had with eachother and I am in awe of all the kindness and generosity extended on DG.
It's all a matter of perspective

Thank you both and everyone else that has responded good and otherwise. It has been a great learning experience for me and I hope for others.

Speaking of byndeweedbeth she sent me MG's with a little picture with the name printed in the picture. Nice touch. I don't do the big seed trades for lack of seeds but i don't think you have to go wild with the info. What exactly it is would be the main thing or if it's questionable to color or whatever just note that.

This is the way I do my info sheets. I print six to a page and keep each document on file. Once the info has been added, it's always there to print.

Sorry! I've been posting sporatically lately. Since the photos are small, it doesn't eat up too much color ink, and I get six to a page. I just keep all these on file. The campanulas are in one folder, and there are probably 12 or 15 different kinds. I make a template of six boxes so they are placed the way I want them, then save a document for each species or cultivar. I do all this in MS publisher, but I think they could be cut and pasted to a word doc, as well.
